What should I include in my message?
Tell us about the problem you are trying to solve. It does not need to be a technical specification — just describe your business, what is not working, and what you would like to achieve. We will figure out the technical details and come back with a clear plan.
How quickly will you respond?
Within 24 hours. We read every inquiry and respond with an initial assessment. If it looks like a fit, we will schedule a discovery call at a time that works for you.
Is there a charge for the initial consultation?
No. The discovery call is completely free. We use it to understand your needs and determine if we are the right fit. If we do not think we can help, we will tell you honestly and may suggest alternatives.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is completely normal — and actually the best way to start. You know your business problems. We know how to solve them with software. Tell us what hurts and we will recommend the right approach.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes. After delivery, we provide optional maintenance and support packages. But there is no obligation — you own everything and can manage it independently if you prefer.
